A one-day Basic Life Support (BLS) training course was held on Thursday in conjunction with Dr. KKBM Subharti Hospital in honor of the 73rd Foundation Day of the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESI).
Dixon staff members received basic life support training from senior physicians at Subharti Hospital.
Heart disease used to be a condition exclusive to the wealthy, but according to Dr. Sohan Singh, Medical Officer in Charge of the State Insurance Scheme Dispensary, it is now a prevalent illness. As a result, it is critical that everyone be aware of it.
Senior physician Dr. Kanishk Ahuja of the hospital’s anesthesia department advised taking an unconscious person to a secure location, having him lie down on the ground, and then checking his pulse. Check the neck if the hand doesn’t show a pulse. Start performing CPR on the patient right away if there is no pulse there.
Dr. Manish used a dummy to demonstrate how to perform CPR.
Dixon Technology representatives congratulated the Subharti team after the event and stated that more training of this kind is desperately needed to save the lives of the impoverished.
Additionally in attendance were Executive Vigyan Prakash, Public Relations Officer Ganesh Doval, and Emergency Medical Technician Shekhar Sonal.
The hospital’s head of marketing and publicity, Dr. Prashant Kumar Bhatnagar, said that more public workshops of this type will be held in the future.
