Homoeopathic Medical College, Chandigarh was established by Homoeopathic Medical College Association in the year 1974 due to growing of need of medical need in the country. It is known as best hospital in Chandigarh. Its objective is to provide best education and treatment facilities to their students. First the college was being run in rented building then the college constructed college in 1980. The college has well qualified staff who gives the theoretical as well as practical training to students. The college is affiliated by Punjab University. The students get various clinical training. Homoeopathic Medical College, Chandigarh provides 1 year internship for students.

Admissions are taken on the basis of merit list National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET). The college has well developed library with a capacity of 100 students, where there are 8803 books based on homoeopathic. Computers and internet facilities are also available.
