Dayanand Women’s Training College, Dehradun Uttarakhand was established in the year 1961 as Private Educational Institute to provide higher education to build a career in the field of Teaching. Dayanand Women’s Training College is approved by the reputed NCTE, and is affiliated with HNBGU, Garhwal.The lofty Dayanand Shiksha Sansthan which has been devoted to the reason for Education in India, began the Dayanand Women’s Training College in 1961 in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. It is an establishment committed towards giving educator’s Training to young ladies wannabes. In it’s underlying years the school was situated in the reason of 29.E. C. Street, which today is the reason of the Virendra Swaroop Chatrawas for young ladies. In the year 1964 ,the school was moved to 6,Curzon Road, which is currently its perpetual grounds. Shrimati Dhara Rani the spouse of ( Late) Dr. Virendra Swaroop gave support to the school which helped the establishment in it’s points of rendering preparing to young ladies so as to enable them to satisfy the developing requests of schools today and to wind up productive instructors.
