Refund Eligibility
Premium Membership
Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed premium content or utilized premium features.
Course Enrollments
Refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment if less than 25% of the course content has been completed.
Event Tickets
Full refunds are provided if events are canceled. For voluntary cancellations, refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event.
Non-Refundable Items
- •Completed courses or programs where more than 25% of content has been accessed
- •Downloaded digital materials, certificates, or transcripts
- •One-on-one mentorship sessions that have been scheduled or completed
