College of Engineering Roorkee. In a variety of engineering specialties, COER offers two-year M.Tech and four-year B.Tech programmes. COER offers three years of management coursework (Bachelor’s degree) and two years of master’s in business administration coursework. The Seth Roshan Lal Jain Trust founded the College of Engineering Roorkee (COER) in 1998. It is located at Roorkee along National Highway (NH-58), about 180 kilometres (110 miles) north of Delhi, the Indian capital. From Roorkee, it is 4.3 miles (7 km) to Haridwar. The campus covers 74 acres or 30 hectares. The Uttarakhand Technical University is associated with it.
